    Called for a clogged septic line. All they told me was that they would send out a technician, never spoke of price or fees. Technician shows up very friendly and says let me try to plunge the toilet first. Proceeds to plunge my toilet with my plunger and within seconds the clog breaks free. I tip the guy $40 and never received a bill. After the entire summer of hearing nothing from them, they call and say theres a past due invoice for that day. So I call and the lady says its $229.00. I was shocked so i informed her that the tech didn't even use his tools nor was here more than 15mins. The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me there is a $215 service call fee ( which i wasn't informed of) and a minimum of 1 hr on a call. I then asked why if he used my plunger and all and she pretty much said it is what it is. So needless to say they now want to put me in collections for the bill.
