    To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally report a fraudulent event conducted under the name “Annual Great Cape May Foot ****,” scheduled for May 10, 2025, in Cape May, New Jersey. The event was listed and promoted on *********.com, and registration fees were collected from participants, including myself. The site is still up at *****://*********.com/****/******/NJ/*******/**************************

The event was organized by Harry B., who is also the .

On **** day, I arrived at the advertised packet pickup location more than an hour before the scheduled start time, along with dozens of other registered participants. No event organizers or staff were present. No **** infrastructure—such as signage, bib pickup, or water stations—was set up. During the hour of waiting, we flagged down passing local police units to assist. Several Cape May Police units responded and informed us that:

No permit had been issued for the event,

No road closures were approved, and

The event was not legally sanctioned in any way.

This strongly suggests the **** was never intended to take place and was used fraudulently to collect entry fees under false pretenses. To date, there has been no communication from the organizer, and no effort made to issue refunds or provide an explanation.

As such, I respectfully request the following:

A formal investigation into this incident and the individual(s) responsible.

Measures to prevent Harry Back Jr. or any associated parties from organizing or promoting public ****** in the future.

Support in recovering the full registration fee I paid in good faith.

Attached are payment confirmations and screenshots from the event page on *********. I am also willing to provide further documentation or speak to an investigator as needed.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
