So i want to start this by saying this is the first time im doing something like this. Ive been unhappy with Businesses before but nothing like this. This is on a Is different level. So santa claus gave my Daughter a ******* tablet for christmas (for sure under factory Warranty) Barely used and in a very good case. So called ******* went Through what the issue was with a tech on the phone. **** as far as taking Pictures to send the tech in real time. Now remember that. It was Is diagnosed as what he called a " Loop start". So next he needed the s/n number so on a ******* tablet that number is Microscopic but thats a good thing in this case be it lead to even more pictures. We have all done it with are phones these days. Take the pic and blow it up to see it. So now the problem. I went over the top to make sure it was safe on its way to these crooks. I got an email a few days later saying my tablet would be 219 to have my cracked screen fixed. At first my thought was this is a mistake on there end mine surely wasnt cracked. But nope its mine they say and its 219 to fix. Theres no way so here is were its mind blowing. All Those pictures i had still have and even sent to prove this tablet was not cracked when it left me did Absolutely nothing. I was holding off on this complaint until i see the tablet for myself and it just showed up and it is cracked. So im going to say i took one for the team on this one please dont send your Devices to this place for service there are big time crooks.

I don't expect any response from this business but to yet again tell me I'm lying, but I hope to save someone else from what I went through (and NUMEROUS others I've seen since doing research). I have a ******* laptop that stopped turning on. It was 7 months old, never been dropped, never had any issues at all before this. I sent it off for repair and this is *******'s authorized repair center. I received a call about 4 days after it arrived and the lady said "it has a crack, warranty is void". Now, this computer left me in perfect condition, no cracks at all. I was astonished, absolutely speechless. I said "this must have been done in shipping. I'll have to contact *******" The lady was then extremely rude to me, telling me this couldn't have been done in shipping, the box was in good shape, the computer was packed well (why would I pack it well if I wanted them to believe it was broken in shipping?). She sent me a video of it being unpacked, like this is some extreme proof when they could have dropped it and just taped the box back up and sent me a new video. ******* won't do anything for me, they were also extremely rude. I don't know if you know what it's like to spend $1000, have someone else break your item, then pretty much say "you're out of luck, liar!". I thought it was broken in shipping, but I'm now extremely curious about how it was cracked because it looks like there is a point of impact, like something was actually dropped on the screen. In any case, customer service was terrible from this company and from ******* and I now have a $1000 piece of garbage. I will never buy a ******* product again (I have multiple rental properties where I usually buy ******* TVs and appliances, I'm now selling those and replacing them), and I will continue telling everyone I know about this experience.

Device was received with damage on screen. Video link was provided to customer as evidence to show that how she packaged the device is how we received it. Package was delivered and opened on same day.**************************6kCXegGGb457BusP8. We are a repair center and take full responsibility if any damaged was to happen on our end. We do not offer free repairs for devices received with with any physical, cosmetic or liquid damage.

I am rejecting this response because:

If the device was delivered with a crack, then it occurred at your center or during shipping. Even if it didn't happen at your center (which I believe it did because it appears to be punctured) there is no excuse for the way I was talked to, like I was a liar. ******* should have made this right by filing a claim through *** if this was a shipping issue but they did not. Whether it was broken at your center or not, your customer service is terrible. I have seen at least half a dozen people that have had this exact same issue with your service center, so I find it hard to believe this is all coincidental. I know all you will continue to do is deny, deny, deny, but I won't stop telling people how I was treated by your company and by *******. I hope it saves at least one person all the money that was lost because of someone else's mistake.

Our repair center apologizes for the inconvenience & issues this has caused. Unfortunately, we're only the repair center and can only go by ******* Policy. We never stated the complainant was a liar. We clearly provided evidence in regards to how we received the device. She used proper packing material but there was no damage to the exterior of the box. The hairline crack on the screen is ONLY noticeable at an angle so we do understand if she did not notice the hairline crack on the screen. Unfortunately, ******* does not cover ANY physical, cosmetic or liquid damage. Per *** Claims, the complainant must have contacted ******* to file a *** claim since the shipping label was provided by *******. We don't have higher authorization over *******, if they decline any FREE OF CHARGE repairs, we can only proceed by collecting payment from the customer.

I am rejecting this response because:

As I stated before, there is what appears to be a puncture hole and a crack around it that goes all the way to the bottom of the screen. I dont know where youre coming up with this corner hairline crack story, because it is false. You may continue to say what you want about me sending you a **************, but I know the truth. Its very simple for you to break my device accidentally and tape the box back up so you can send video proof of opening. I wish I had recorded the phone interaction from your extremely rude employee. Whether you broke it or *** did, your customer service is simply unacceptable. We can argue this to the ground but I will continue to **************** everywhere I can, as I see many other people have about your business. I would pay for my own repair before I ever sent anything to you for a warranty repair, but I will never by a ******* product again, so that will save me the trouble.

    Regards,
