    Because of the poor customer service I received, I would never recommend this company. My contractor purchased ***** engineered flooring from Halebian. A year or so after it was installed, a layer of one of the boards started to separate from the rest of the plank.***** would only address the problem through the distributor. It took months of calls and emails by my contractor and me to finally get Halebian to send someone out to inspect the floor. In the end, ***** refused to take responsibility. They blamed the installer for not seeing the defect during installation. This was nonsense, in my opinion.I circled back to Halebian and was told they would make the situation right, but then they NEVER followed up despite my multiple emails. Not only did Halebian fail to take any responsibility, they also wasted a great deal of my contractor's and my time, and caused us both undue frustration. Halebian also left me holding the bag.
