    Shipment will be 10 days late when it arrives, I hope. They did offer that I could pay more to get it expedited so it's only maybe 9 days late?

    never use ****** customer service , I sent a shipment from **** back to ****. Was supposed to be 5 days , 3 weeks later still no shipment. I received the bill on time but not my shipment. My boss needed the materials for a presentation a week ago. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY !!!!! THEY REALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY SHIPMENT EVEN IS AFTER 3 WEEKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could it would be negative stars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The worst company ever. FIVE times they scheduled delivery and never showed up. Their excuse was they only have trucks that can handle 400 lbs. Do they use dollies to deliver? I cant believe ********** uses them, its not good for their reputation. Zero stars. Zero trust. Zero reliability. Scam of a business.
