    My current experience with this company is dismal at best. Two weeks after ordering (and after funds have been charged to my credit card), Im still waiting for my order.After requesting a cancellation, heres what I received from the company:Usually, there's a 30-minute window to cancel an order once placed. If that time has passed, we probably will be unable to cancel it and after 24 hours we are no longer able to cancel an order. Please note that even if the order has been placed within 30 minutes it is not a guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.Essentially, Lion Brand is saying that an order would probably not be cancelled immediately after hitting Buy and any hopes of getting the order in their timeline of 6-9 days is also not true.Lion Brand yarn can be purchased via other local and online retail stores.

    I ordered multiple orders from lion brand yarn for a project. I ended up placing another order because I thought I was short. However, I messed up my calculations and didnt need the yarn. That was my fault. However, within 5 minutes of placing the order, I redid my math and determined my mistake. I followed their protocol and sent a cancellation email. I did not hear back so I went through their chat function, sent another email, and called 4 times leaving my number to call me back. No one picked up my phone call, or answered my emails for an entire week. The only response I received was that my package was being delivered. And then, they sent me an email showing their FAQs. That is not the problem, it is the customer service that I have a huge problem with. Not answering or trying to help me is ridiculous . If you cant answer the order, still dont know how that is the case considering there was 5 minutes between the order and cancelation email, answer my call and tell me in person and try to help fix it.

    Buyer definitely beware. If you're ever dissatisfied with their product and must return it, don't expect your refund to be processed correctly, if at all. They took the returned goods and keep my money. Do not expect them to respond to you at all even if you submit a ticket, send an email, leave voice messages to customer service - nothing works. You always get the same message regardless of what time or day you call. They're always too busy to respond to inquiries, but not too busy to take your money. I returned 18 unused skeins in its own packaging (in perfect condition) according to their return policy, but was only refunded for 14 skeins. They even noted in their initial refund email 18 items returned and the same refunded. Clearly this was their calculation error resulting in them incorrectly refunding me for all the goods I returned. I've ordered online many times from reputable companies and have never experienced this before. This company is not reputable and would definitely not recommend.

    They were offering free yarn with a purchase. I thought I clicked the button but when I saw the order it didn't show up so I contacted them right away and asked them to add it or cancel the order. I sent several e-mails; tried to call - no answer so I left voice messages - no response. The order without the tea came today. I did place another order and the tea showed up so I'm happy with that but I can't understand why they couldn't acknowledge the emails; voice messages, etc. and went ahead and sent the yarn after I said to cancel it if they weren't going to add the tea to it.
