    Although the venue itself was lovely, I had a negative experience with the Operations Manager. Firstly, he was smoking by the loading deck and refused to stop when asked because the smell was overwhelming. Secondly, his abrasive tone and rudeness towards my team while we were still unloading our equipment was unacceptable. When I threatened to complain to the manager, he revealed himself as the Operations Manager. Dealing with such individuals can be frustrating, making it difficult to enjoy the venue. As a performer at a wedding on September 24th, I was extremely disappointed.
