    I made a deposit to test drive a vehicle in February 2025, I came back and they told my my deposit would be refunded to my account in 10 to 14 business days. It has been 6 months and Ive still I have not received ever my refund. Ive called multiple times to make a complaint but always get told that it should be completed in a few days. I would like the business to return the deposit.

We are aware of the situation and have not been able to complete the refund due to the fact we are missing some of your credit card information needed to complete the refund. A store manager will be reaching out to you today. the refund will be processed as soon as we are able. If they are unable to reach you please reach out to ******* *. as he is the General sales manager for the store and is aware of the situation. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

    Closed on an auto purchase 10/29/24 and as of 1/3/25 have yet to receive title or legal Plates. ************** filed for title urgency 12/10/24 and also have not gotten a response to the issue of the purchased vehicle to which I am making payments. And to which the vehicle cannot be driven.

    Payment of $1030.00 an Nov.25 2023. was paid for 2024 Sierra Gmc Truck *****************. I make a deal with the Performance Gmc dealer.
    Price for new truck was $ 66760.00 Sierra Truck *****************.
    Discount for ****** membership was $1000 plus another discount of $1000.
    So the deal was $64760.00 for the new truck and $59000. for my trade Toyota Tundra 2023.
    New truck was in transit and first date for deliver was Nov 5. that didn't happen.
    The second deliver was scheduled for Nov. 21. that didn't happen. The third scheduled was for Dec. 5 and when I Coll dealer again they said that truck is not there and new delivery is on Dec 23.
    After that phone call I just gave up and asked for my deposit. They said they will pay me my money back . It will take two or three weeks. It is over two months and I didn't get my money back.I hope that you will resolved this problem as soon os possible.Thank you .

    We purchased an extended warranty offered by Performance Buick GMC. We cancelled the remaining balance of the extended warranty as we no longer own the vehicle. The warranty was paid in full to the dealer when purchased. Performance Buick GMC is not refunding the balance of the unused years of the warranty. The warranty numbers are APA1A1156DC (Horizon) and 50W3401397 (Express Five) and have been confirmed as cancelled over eight weeks ago. I have been trying to contact the finance department by email and phone and they are non-responsive. The contact would be ********************* - Finance manager. We would like to know what the unused balance is and when it will be refunded.APA1A1156DC (Horizon) 50W3401397 (Express Five)Thank you,*******************
