  JM Refinishing came to my condo to refinish a tub in one of my bathrooms a stall shower and sink in my other bathroom. I also paid extra for the non slip in both the tub and the shower.There were tiles missing in the main bathroom that I got a quote on replacing and installing by JM and I agreed to that service.Nothing was used for more than 2 months in that bathroom with the tub and the replaced tiles.When I did use the tub it was so slippery that my 5 year old grandson nearly slipped and fell.The shower floor was the same way slippery.I bought a mat that had No suction cups to lay on the tub floor to protect my grandchildren. The mat made ****s I will admit but I'm not sure how without suction cups. I also laid the shampoo on the edge of the tub and that made a slight ****...nothing needs to be corrected and I removed that immediately after one of the technicians came in to look at my other complaints. I was told that the bath mat and the shampoo on the tub voided my warranty.The shower curtain pole is a tension rod and that went up 2 months after I had the refinishing done and it did make a slight **** in the tile but not complaining about that at all because it is stationary now so it does not matter either.I asked to please have the chips repaired in the tiles that JM installed and again, that bathroom was not used or had a shower curtain for two months after all of the work was done.I am a senior citizen and living on a very fixed income and I have paid out so much money to this company and have tried to get my complaints to *********************I feel that he needs to know and come to see my bathrooms and let me explain the slight ****s at the end of the tub(which are almost gone) and the ****s in the tub from a bath mat that had not suction cups and was put down to avoid injury to my grandchildren from slipping on the bathtub which I paid for non slip on.Same thing for the shower stall with the refinishing around the drain it's peeling.I need help.

  This company came to my house to refinish an old tub. They completely botched the job, The large section on the side of the tub bubbled up. Paint spots were scattered all over the bathroom floor and walls. They said they were going to come back and redo that section. When they came back, they completely missed the section that was supposed to be done, and other bubbles were formed as well. Splattered paint was not cleaned up on my brand new tile flooring. I contacted them to come back again and never heard back from them. A year later, and I am getting calls from a collection agency for payment on a job they never completed.Do not use this company. There are plenty of other reputable companies that will not treat their customers this way and provide a far better service.
