    On 10-26-23 I submitted three US coins to SEGS for grading, an 1882 three cent nickel, a 1799 Draped Bust dollar, and an 1893-S Morgan dollar. SEGS acknowledged receiving the coins on their website as invoice ******* though they incorrectly summarized my submission as three 1882 three cent nickels (they have since correctly identified my coins in an email). Turnaround for grading is usually within two months, but SEGS has now had my coins for almost a year. I have asked about the coins several times, and received two responses promising that my coins would be graded and returned promptly. That has not occurred. I can no longer get anyone at SEGS on the phone, and they have not responded to my last few emails.

    I sent a coin to them at the beginning of august 2023 and have not receieved it back. I have cintacted the company multiple times about the coin and have not recieved a reply. It has been almost a year. I have sent more coins trying to get organized according to the time frame they said it takes. The other coins are going to be late also but this coin is going on past a year now. It is an 1817 restruck brockaged coin that I did get an estimate of value from a dealer of $395,000. Don't know if that is true value or close to but I need some answers.

    Two orders were submitted on 8/26/23 the invoice numbers are ***538 and ***537.Two orders were submitted 8/26/23 for grading and are yet to be returned completed.1/31/24 - Emailed them to find out when the order would be completed. 2/1/24 Segs emailed the following: Hi We have received our parts to get the machine fixed now we are just waiting for the guy to come fix it he should be here beginning of next week.We are sorry about the delay for your order but we should be able to get your coins back out to you in the next 2-3 weeks If you would rather not wait any longer we would be happy to send your original coins back to you Let us know Thanks, SEGS 3/8/23- We emailed to find out when the order would be complete- No response from Segs 4/15/24- Emailed and called but no response from Segs 4/29/24- Emailed and called but no response from Segs 5/4/23- Called and left message -no reply We have called countless other times and have yet to receive a call back from anyone. The value on the submitted orders is $11,475. I am simply looking to recover the submitted items regardless of grading status or the value of coins refunded to me.
