    I signed up on 16 May 2024 My experience on the website was I was buying a plan for 1 million X followers for 1-year at $500 plus. I assumed they would help me grow to 1 million followers by 1 year. After I signed in there was nothing like that such a service and their whitelisting service of only 500 followers would take 24 hours. Despite the promise of personalized and responsive customer service, there is only one ***** who will only respond through email and there is no phone number to call the company.They repeatedly rejected any refund claiming it was ************ and that I could use it for 1 year. Despite my repeated addressing of the poor quality of the application and that it certainly will not help you grow your followers in any way, they have denied any refund due to buyer's remorse. I would not recommend this company to anyone and can vouch for the extremely poor customer service or responding to any query. You cannot find any phone number for the company anywhere.

    This company is, in my opinion, corrupt. They doubled my annual fee without what I consider anything close to adequate notice, and did not give me a chance to opt-out. What's more, the amount they charged is contrary to what's on their website. They would not return my calls. When I asked for a refund or help, they flatly denied the request, doing so via email. The number on the credit card bill was inoperable.
