I have been fighting with Care Credit who have REFUSED to give me any details through my requested method of correspondence/email regarding a payment & services I am still being charged for which I DID NOT receive in the amount of $6,450.00. Claim # ******** states it was resolved 07/04/2024 & that a new card was being sent out as well, however, NO additional information since other than automated emails to make a payment. They have now sent me a certified letter. I have tried to reach out in different methods when logged in including chat & portal messages with no luck. I have tried to login again today & it states none of my information matches [11/01/2024]. I also reached out via Instagram and they would not provide information either. The office confirmed that they were able to reschedule with another patient [email chain attached] & they have not responded to my emails and I continue to get payment requests from Synchrony. I have also tried to login to obtain additional information regarding my attempted *************** will now not even allow me to login.

On 9/3/23, I used services from 1st ***************** in **** **. In their lobby they displayed the attached advertisement for Care Credit advertising a $50 gift card when charging $200 or more in services. It was based on this advertisement that I agreed to a line of credit with Care Credit.Only several weeks have I learned that there was an obscured expiration date on the advertisement.Care Credit did not exercise due diligence in ensuring their clients (and defacto vendors) were keeping their advertisement current.I am seeking the advertised $50.
