  Today I was about to be held there against my will. The dentist already had me complete and pay $5000 worth of work. She made me redo my silver fillings (which was completely unnecessary according to other dentists), pay an INSANE amount for porcelain crowns, and pulled out my dead tooth while trying to get my consent when I was loopy from anesthetics. After all of that, she was trying to convince me to get a mouthguard with her more money for her pocket. This happened during the summer of last year. The past few days, I had pain in the crown that she had done, and went back to see if she can help. Her assistant took xrays after hearing what was wrong. After the xray, she asked if I had insurance. I told her no. She then tried to sell me her membership for the xrays and todays appointment for $450, otherwise I owe them $270. I told them I wanted the crown just checked out, but the office was persistent that I pay. I told her I want to leave because I feel uncomfortable about everything, BUT THE DENTIST TRIED TO HOLD ME AGAINST MY WILL. She told me I cannot leave, and I am being immature about the situation and I need to get back into the seat. I told her I cannot afford it, Im extremely uncomfortable, and I would like to leave. She then told me it was my responsibility as a patient to let the office know. I told her hospitals ask at check in to avoid any issues like what was happening right then. In the end, I was able to run out as fast as I could. Do not trust this lady because she puts up all these accolades and papers to seem trustworthy, but in fact, she convinces you to get unnecessary products and procedures, and make you pay out of pocket for it.

  I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT GO HERE! ********************* purposely misleads patients about costs and what their insurance will / wont cover. She lowballs costs and is extremely deceptive during new patient consults. Whatever estimate she gives you initially will INCREASE RADICALLY once you're in the middle of her treatment plan. Long waits: It shouldn't take 1.5 hours to actually be seen by your Dentist, but this is a very common practice here. She doesnt explain anything in detail during appointments and becomes irate / rude and vindictive if you dare question anything she says. She publicly berates her staff, which changes frequently, as they cant stand her. My story: I asked for my X-rays for a second opinion after she increased my initial bridge replacement dental costs by more than $4000 from initial agreement. Afterwards, she banned me from the office, refusing to finish the Invisalign dental work Id already paid for. And after reading my Yelp review, she put me in collections to try and force me to pay her for work she didnt do. She responded to my reviews by gaslighting me & disclosing my personal information (a clear HIPAA violation.) And my experience is not an isolated one. ************** has deceived many patients who are now left without care and out thousands of dollars. Do your research on ************** and consider yourself warned.
