    I went in to ask about a gown that had not come back in our dry cleaning, aware that the policy posted in regards to the business not being liable for missing clothing once picked up; but it had to be a simple mistake and the brand new, not cheap gown had to be there, right!? WE WILL NEVER KNOW. I asked about the missing dress, and the owner aggressively insisted that it was picked up, and not his problem. When I kindly replied that it had not been with the rest of our clothes, he slammed his hand down and started screaming at me. Unfortunately, the screaming was unintelligible, when I replied that I would just like to pay for my dry cleaning that had been dropped a few days prior because we will no longer be doing business with him, as LONG time customers - he stormed to the back of the store and just stared at me. Refusing to allow me to pay for the clothing and just leave this (absolutely filthy) establishment. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS LEAVE, continuing to ignore me and refusing to give back the dry cleaning, my husband had to come to collect it. Is it because I am woman? Is it because I questioned a clearly stolen dress? All things we shall never know. Seriously beware.
