      Complaint Against ***********************************, ***********, ** (this is the same company)In October 2023, I hired this company to determine the condition of the foundation and repairs made, and to determine what other repairs, if any, are required. Their report, provided without photos, included only general recommendations and stated that everything was ********* October 2024, as I prepared to make upgrades, several general contractors informed me that the main beams supporting the house were completely rotted and needed replacement. I then consulted a contractor specializing in structural repairs, who confirmed this assessment.After learning this, I contacted ************************ to request a follow-up inspection. On October 22, 2024, Mr. ****** and his associate, ******, visited my residence and informed me I would receive an update within 2448 hours. However, as of today, November 10, 2024, I have yet to hear back. Despite multiple calls, emails, and voicemails asking for an update, I have received no response. Eventually, I requested only the photos from the October 2023 inspection, which I paid for, as well as any photos taken during their recent visit, if available.Update November 2024, it took an email to the real estate agent i worked with to get ******* to email me. He informed me that he would get me the pictures he took and contact me the next day. That was on 11/14 and to date....nothing.I should have done my due diligence by reading some ****** reviews before hiring them as they are doing the same thing they did to many others....I have now spoken to 4 different contractors that all expressed their displeasure with this company. Not only is he difficult to work with for consumers but even general contractors.Please steer clear of this company.
