Was told by T-mobile to go in and get a free phone at *******. It would be a new upgrade free of charge. I went in to get the new phone. The original guy who went to help me put in my information, but there was some type of "glitch" or error in the system. Next thing I know the manager comes over to fix what's wrong with the computer. He couldn't fix it either. I got annoyed and told them they wasted my time for nothing. He starts yelling at me in a threatening manner telline me I wasted HIS time. On top of all this, they wouldn't give me the free upgrade. It turns out that this company has nothing to do with ******** OR *******. I found out who they were from a manager at ******* - a company called OSL Retail with offices in ********** and ******. I've never even heard of this company. I reported them to the city attorney since this is obviously deceptive business practices.

Recently my sister went to ******* to switch phone service which was a simple $30 transaction but was lied to and swindled into another phone and plan by the *** employee *******. When my sister and i returned to ******* to return the other new phone from Crystal, ******* became irate rude and abusive and would not help us. ******* also said "you are lucky i like my job...." insinuating she would do physical harm to us ( mind you we are 65 years old). The ******* manager sorted out the issue and refunded my sister. ******* should be fired for her lack of customer service skills abusive behavior.

Good evening I hope all is well. I went in to a ******* location ********************************************** store# ***** I met ***** who said he was a district Manager I heard them say if youre a ******** customer and you want a 20$ phone! So Im in a billing dispute with my current carrier and I was interested in new service but I was lied to and he doesnt want to cancel the service! I think being honest is very important and I advised him that I cant change the phones over he gave me a phone for my daughter for free and I paid 5.38 so when I advised I couldnt unlock my phones and wanted to return my daughters phone and the Chips that were given he tried to stall me and gaslight me because I am canceling he again charged my card again for the phone. I just requested a refund he walked off and did not complete the refund they were able to look up my receipt and found the purchase the box for the phone was damaged and said they needed a supervisor to override but if he is a district manager why would he then not help me? I dont appreciate being treated poorly. I want my money back I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. I dont want to be a ******* customer I dont appreciate the bait and switch which is illegal and your company will be liable for the lies the agent ***** district manager told me to get me to change my service.

I was advised by an OSL representative that two of the lines on my ******* account were eligible for a free upgrade to an iPhone 14+ and I would just have to pay the tax on what the tax on the phone would be and a $35 activation fee. Two weeks later I am billed by ******* for the phones, the OSL agent forged our names on the contract . Upon calling ******* I am told I will be billed for each phone monthly until the full cost is paid off, over $2000. ******* refuses to address it even though OSL is a trusted sales provider for *******. *** tried emailing and calling OSL and get no response. ******* refuses to address it even though OSL is selling ******* products. Nobody, OSL included, wants to address the fact that I am the victim of consumer fraud. This is unacceptable.

I got a phone from the *** ***** **** and ****, at the ****************************** and had several problems with the phone's service provider, ******* Wireless. I returned the phone only 13 days later and ******* tried to charge me almost $200 for less than 2 weeks of service. **** and **** went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer, going above and beyond. Thank you to **** and **** of *** at the ***************************. Both are outstanding customer service reps.
