    I stayed at this hotel technically 6/17-6/19. I had no prior reservation as I had called the same night to book. We arrived around 2am 6/18, when checking in aside from the lack of professionalism from those at the front desk, i had to sign the incidental and fee form. I wasn't provided a receipt but figured i would get one upon checkout or by email. when checking out, I didn't get a receipt slide under my door or an email of confirmation. I also want to bring up the fact the shower k**** were wobbly, we called and asked for new towels numerous times, only to have the cleaning lady on our floor basically refuse to give us towels , and another worker who wasn't part of that team ended up assisting us. So needless to say it wasn't the best stay.I ended up calling a couple days after check out for our receipt and the document I signed copy. I was emailed the receipt but not the incidental explanation form. I called back another week and realized I wasn't able to get through their phone line with my personal number. I called from my work phone and was finally able to get through. I was then forwarded to the same individual who sent me only the receipt , i re-asked for the paper I signed, which I was told she would look into if it was possible. I responded I would be waiting on the copy, because I did sign this paper and have stayed at many holiday inns , and you are always emailed or provided a blank copy of what you signed.My biggest concern with all of this is I remember that paperwork having two different rates for each night, but on my final **** I was charged the same rate for both nights. I know due to the time of check in it's impossible for me to confirm what I exactly signed. I would also encourage they speak to their check in and cleaning staff ( one women in particular) about professionalism and discrimination.
