    My roof leaked and took 8 months for the system to be even turn on. Beware of this company

    EMT Solar keeps contacting me even though I have made it clear that I'm no longer interested. **** ***** and others have been told not to contact me in any way, but their constant harassment is keeps occurring. I want them to cease and desist. Five contacts a day make this intolerable. The numbers that call include **************, **************, ************** among others. Every time I block these numbers, they call using a different number. Some kind of robocall scam. I want no further contact with this business. I do not have any dealings with them past or present.

    I am rejecting this response because: 
    Im unable to find a place to record my response. EMT Solars first response was acceptable. The second response says I did not tell them to stop calling. Texting and emailing me. This is entirely false and unacceptable. Please look at the email chain below as an example. Im not satisfied with the 2nd response from this company. Its not just unprofessional to harass, its also criminal. Please post this as my response.

    We wanted an estimate for new roof, but was willing to consider solar. I called company on Mon 3/11 and scheduled a consultation for Thurs 3/14 am. On Tues I received a text message to send my last PSEG bill so that all numbers, and calculations can be ready for Thurs. = I responded and sent the copies in same day. On Wed eve 3/13, I received another call from a different person at the company asking if we interested in scheduling a consultation, and began asking questions. When I told her I already had an apt scheduled, and texted all requested information, she appeared surprised and confused. Thursday the technician ( ****) showed up, but appeared confused, having none of the information I sent in, or no measurements and numbers ready, and I had to give him the copies for the second time. He was also surprised to hear I sent the information in on a text. Then he started calling 3 different people for information, and prices.We had to cut the apt short due to a family emergency call, and said we would call hime back to reschedule.. About 2 hours later, we were sitting out on the front porch with another scheduled company when EMT showed up again; and started to approach the house. While on the front walk I told him we were busy and that I would reschedule with him. He walked past me, up the stairs, sat down, and began questioning the other contractor. I had to ask him 4 times to leave the property, and while walking way, he made a loud comment about my finance and taxes.My husband called the company to complain, but was given 2 different voicemails. The 3rd call back , he was told a supervisor would call us back. no response as of yet. I have never experienced such a rude, arrogant behavior in a company professional before.

    We deeply regret that ***** experienced this with her solar appointment. Our owner ********************* has spoken to both homeowners & explained that we have implemented a 2 week suspension & return to work training for the individual who was involved in this case. The homeowner is being sent a $250 gift card as compensation for the experience they endured. The homeowner also replied to the ****** review with an update that they appeared to be satisfied with the outcome of the situation with their updated review. We hope that we have made all corrective action in this matter & wish to see the case closed.

    My Solar provider hired this company to put on a roof and solar panels. The company had to come back three or four times because someone neglected to add a s**** that the township needed to pass my inspection. I am now going on four or five months with solar panels on my roof that are still not turned on. EMT is blaming my solar company stating that they owe them money and this is the reason they wont turn my panels on.

    We were very sorry to hear about ********'s issue with the sales company she had signed with. As the third party installer, we are also in a legal battle with the sales company that sold the job to try to collect the funding from the loan company that they essentially stole from ********. We deeply sympathize with ********'s situation & we have granted the system permission to operate. ******* has spoken extensively with one of the company  owners and has gotten ********'s approval to close out this BBB complaint. We will also continue to help as best we can, overcome the legal battle to collect the owed money from the sales organization that has not paid EMT solar & roofing for the performed work.
