    Beware! Underhanded additional charge. As a User Experience Designer, this falls into the category of SLEAZY practices.While the towing was fine, they made an additional charge to my credit card. When I called in, I was asked how I would pay, and said credit card. They said the driver would show me how to do it on the website.When the driver arrived and it came to payment, I accessed the site and chose to pay with a credit card. AT THIS POINT, I should have been warned that there would be a "convenience charge." I put in my info and added a tip! Then tapped "Next" This is the credit card screen, the layout is misleading as it reads:Amount (base only)Site Fee (the extra charge)Total (of these two sums)One would think that total means total... they are not showing the inclusion of the gratuity or tax!This morning, I checked my credit card statement; the whole, authorized tow, tip, and tax charge was there, but there was another separate transaction for just under $5. That was the "site fee" or convenience charge. It's a small amount, but two people told me how to make credit card payments, and there was no mention from them or on their website that I would be charged a fee (until it was too late. The way the sums and totals were presented is misleading and underhanded.
