On January 21, 2022, I had to have my Catalytic Converter replaced again by *******. The manager at ******* said it was very worn, very old, so before it was disposed of, I took a picture on my cell phone. My complaint is not with ******* but with Cherry Hill ************ (CHT). The serviceman, *****, said he put in a new Catalytic Converter with new gasket on May 19, 2019, in which my receipt indicates this. ******* encouraged me to call CHT as to why it went bad so quickly since C-Converters, once replaced, have a LONG LIFE, or beyond the life of the vehicle. So, when I called ***** sometime January 2022, he denied my complaint and said he didn't care if I contacted BBB. I've had multiple hesitations because I thought maybe he did nothing wrong...but every time I look at CHT's receipt and the picture of my very old Catalytic Converter, I believe I'm doing the right thing with this complaint. Also, ******* said even if they factored in rain, snow, bad weather elements, it still would not have aged like that in a matter of 2 years and 7 months! PLEASE HELP! Thank you.***************************

When the car came in it was running rich, she needed other work done on the motor. She only had the catalytic converters replaced and left. After 2 years and 7 months of running the car like c*** it eventually burned the catalytic converter up. We do not know if she had any work done or what has been going on for the past 2 years and 7 months.
