    Windows Replacement on 8/ 24 & 25/ 2023 - Within the hour of completion of the job after he left I called Michael Gumpper telling him the problems of his job. He said he would come back to see about all the issues. He never came. Many of the new screens do not fit properly and allow bugs into the house when windows are open. So, I cant open my new windows because of bugs getting in everywhere. When he came to estimate I had stressed how important it is for proper fit of the screens . Another window when opened, the top part of the window slides down and two of the windows are extremely hard to open. The 3 Bay windows only open a third of the way. When I told him this, he said that it was my Association requirement. He lied, the Association had no such requirement or regulation. He did call me once while I was at work and cant take any personal calls. I did call him right back after work, he didnt answer and I left a message. He has never contacted me. For more than a month, I have called and left messages, have texted him and emailed him. He has never contacted me. I am a senior citizen and all I know is that I paid $8,125 for an incomplete poor job and feel like I have been taken advantage of.
