    I am filing on behalf of a friend, ***********************. In July, 2022, she contracted Chester Memorial to make a headstone for her late husband, ****** She paid the merchant $4,000 and was promised delivery of the the stone by October, 2022. She had not heard from the merchant and now their phone number is disconnected. They are affiliated with ****************** Monuments, whom I contacted. **************** has since only received an email requesting more information; this was identical to a correspondence she got months ago with no resolution and no followup. ****************** number is ************, which is a number forwarded to from the number listed online. **************** only wants the stone delivered. Her number is ************. Thanks so much!!!

    In July of 2022 I left a deposit of $1900.00 dollars to Chester Monument. This deposit was for a cemetery stone for my recently deceased wife. Today is January 4 2023, I have made numerous phone calls and left a trail of emails all with no response. I have never experienced a business with such disregard for basic follow up and ethics. I have to assume that I have lost my money and may have to file a complaint with the Chester ** police department and or the ****** County Court System. It's coming up on a year now on my wife's death and I'm at such a loss and don't know where to turn on this matter. I just don't know what to do and I'm looking for any help Thank you in advance ***********************
