    Denali property management has absolutely refused to make necessary noise abatements for the apartment we live in. We moved in and learned that the gym is on the floor above us (not directly above our apartment just on the floor above us in another area)Weights slam and rock our apartment at all hours. It is this companys job to manage common areas of our building. ********* ********* specifically is our property manager and absolutely refuses to respond to emails. When she does reply (every other week or so) her reply is vague and we are unable to get answers. The apartment is unlivable due to the constant noise. We need the management company to make necessary noise abatements ****. Whether thats additional padding or bringing in professional services, they will need to manage that. It just needs to get done so the apartment is livable.

    My husband and I sold our townhome on 10/23/2024. Per the *** bylaws, we are owed back $550 for our Capital Deposit and $500 for the move out fee ($1,050.00 total) upon sale of the property. This company did not process the payment immediately upon sale of the property as they should have. We followed up with ***** ********* for a status of the refund on Nov. 14, to which we received a response Let me look into this and get back to you, it may take a few days. After no response was received within a few days, we then followed up on Nov. 21, Nov. 22, & Nov. 26. We finally received a response on Nov. 26 after me resisting acknowledgment of our emails by COB - I do apologize, I have been extremely busy with budgets. I am looking into your question about the fee you paid and hope to have an answer for you very soon. - I then responded on Nov. 26 & provided the *** Rules and Bylaws (which they have copies of) proving we were owed this money. The person in charge of the financials for the *** sent an email on Dec. 1 outlining what we are owed. No response from *****. I sent 2 more follow *** on Dec. 2 and Dec. 3 which have also been ignored. It has now been 6 weeks since we closed on the property and given the previous issues **** had with this company paying bills on behalf of the ***, my only assumption is we will not hear back for a few more weeks. (For background, this company did not pay multiple invoices to our landscaper and snow removal company which almost resulted in us losing these services because the companies were fed up with not being paid)
