    This should have been the first red flag THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED I don't know which company was worse, Lowes or Hunter Flooring. Between them they passed off responsibility to each other. I received many emails from Lowes advising that the materials were delayed or ready for ME to pick up, but Hunter Flooring was the installer.Then once we had an installation date, I thought things would be smoother. But Hunter Flooring advised the day before they needed to reschedule. We picked a date, but I advised it couldn't be before 11AM as I had a previous appointment. So one installer arrived at 9:45 on the date with no explanation. It took seven hours to install planks in 1 small bedroom. And they didn't even reset the sliding closet doors.Calls to ***************** from both companies, was equally unresponsive and uncaring.STAY AWAY

    Just had laminate flooring installed small job on concrete slab witch I knew was unlevel for project that's why chose to have installed from professional? Boy was this a mistake I could have done better so calling lowes and hunter several times over 4 in a week still waiting for someone to come look and let me know when will be fixed floor is still uneven and floor buckling spongy in spots WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    I too purchased carpeting from a Big Box store and had Hunter flooring come to do the installation.They broke my window and didn't even tell me that they had an issue with opening and closing it just left it broken and when I called Hunter flooring to report the issue they wanted to send the two guys that did my carpet installation who broke the window to come and fix the window - I asked why didn't they fix it when they broke it? Now that there is an issue I have not had any resolution its been three days still waiting Also had a supervisor stop by while the installation was in progress assuring me that I will have great work done by the two installers - Isn't that for me to decide? - Him saying that immediately made me think something is up.

    Do NOT use, poor workmanship, dropped tools down my steps and damaged numerous other steps and landing (which were previously done 25+ years prior and I raised two children in) and never had the numerous dents they left on my steps. They take no accountability for anything. No follow up and I was promised a supervisor would be on-site the entire time. No supervisor ever showed up while the job was being done. My husband had to repaint every door (in upstairs hallway) where they installed the flooring for they all had marks on them, glue left on floors, damage to stained baseboard in many areas that cant be fixed or touched up. I am literally sick 20x times a day when I walk up and down the steps where they are permanent dents in my steps. Many are not professional, always in a rush to complete and get to the next job, sloppy work. Managers should be accountable for this for they are just pushing the workers to complete jobs but dont care about quality of any kind! I feel that Hunters owes us a refund but I have never heard back from anyone!!

    Im sorry I didnt check reviews after going to lowes.terrible customer service from both ends.to many cant do,s.wouldnt due wood floor slight grade .carpet runners where miss quoted had to readjust price.luckily I canceled order before installation.
