      We placed the following order on 11.29.2024 and the shipment was delivered (but refused by me) on 12.26.2024.

      It looked like a bait and switch.

      Come to find out Tesoro never changed the label. I had to reschedule my installers which caused a 3 week delay. Each month that goes by we are losing $7,000 in rent and utilities (for both houses) because we are unable to live in the new home we bought where the flooring is to be installed.. Currently we are in a month-to-month rental until our home floor's are installed.
      As a result of this delay I had to cancel my installers who were originally scheduled for 12.28.2024. The next opening they have is not until 1.13.2025. The floors could not be re-delivered until 1.2.2025

      Tesoro said sorry but there is nothing they can do. Not even a 10% discount or anything. It was too bad so sad.

      to summarize: Tesoro Woods is not going to do anything about the mistake they made by mislabeling the product leading me to believe I had been a victim of a bait and switch. This cost me a lot of money, time and stress. I had to refuse the shipment due to it looking like I had been shipped the wrong product or an inferior product deceptively looking like Tesoro Woods Lincoln Chateau flooring.

      It was ordered through ***** ******** ****** but the product is made by Tesoro and shipped from Tesoro. This is not a ***** ******** ****** issue. they have never run into a problem like this and directed me to find resolution with the manufacturer. There was nothing on the packing slip, products that I was getting a Tesoro product.
