    We paid this company for a yearly contract and irrigation system maintenance and on and off services It's come to our attention that this business was is defunct and the owner did not tell anyone We are out our fees

    In early April 2024 I signed an annual contract with Bello Irrigation to open my irrigation system, perform a mid-season check in July, and close the system in October. I paid $239.91 to Bello, via credit card, on 4/11/24. Bello opened the system on 4/19/24, but did not show up for the previously scheduled mid-season check on 7/17/24 at 8 am. Since then I have been trying to reach Bello many times by phone, and once by email on 7/17. However, no one ever picks up the phone and the voicemail box is full so I could not leave a message. I also have not received a response to my email. On 7/26 at around 10 am, I drove to their office to speak with them face to face. However, the door was locked and all the trucks were parked in their lot. It appears that the business has shut down. While Bello did open the system, they did not perform the mid-season check on 7/17. Based on these events, I do not anticipate that they will close the system, which means I have paid for two services that I will not receive.
