Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the extremely poor and degrading customer service I received at a *** ********************** location on 1/21/2025, and to request that the matter be investigated. The incident involved three employees (***, unknown & unknown), whose conduct was unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating.I entered the UPS Store with the simple request to send two faxes, which included government forms that needed to be sent to my HR representatives. After providing the documents, I was under the impression that I was in capable hands. However, after the faxes were transmitted, an employee informed me that payment was required. Upon reviewing the transmission sheet, I noticed that both documentseach with two sideshad only been sent with one side transmitted. When I pointed out this error and informed the employee that the documents had two sides that needed to be faxed, I was met with verbal hostility. I was told that it was my fault the mistake had occurred, which was completely unfounded and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was verbally harassed in front of other customers in the **********************. The interaction was deeply humiliating, and I felt belittled and degraded by the employees. The way I was treated was entirely inappropriate, and the customer service I received was the worst I have experienced in modern times. The employees made no effort to resolve the situation with professionalism or courtesy, and their behavior was nothing short of disrespectful.I believe that actions such as these should not be tolerated in any business, particularly one that is supposed to serve its customers with respect and professionalism. I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior does not occur in the future. Were the documents even faxed?Sincerely,******* D. *****
