    Always efficient, kind, professional, and present options. They clean up the space after the work and share what can be done in the future to prevent an issue. They are always our first call.

    I had my yearly heating maintenance check-in for preparation of the potential cold weather that could come for the fall and winter. The technician Good Tidings sent was **** *. **** *. was on time, very efficient, very informative and answered any and all the questions I had. He is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I hope if you ever need Good Tidings service that they send you **** R.I loved the service so much that I signed up for another year of maintenance service for Heating and Cooling. I definitely will recommend Good Tidings to anyone I know!

    **** M.*** and ****** were great! They replaced my sump pumps very quickly on a weeked and were polite, professional and thorough. Good Tidings was terrific to deal with-from prompt customer service to set up appointment through installation of new equipment. Have used Good Tidings for over 10 years and highly recommend their services!! Thank you all again!

    Best service call I had for a very long time! 5 stars to the Good Tidings team from start to finsh. I received timely updates when ***** the Tech. will arrive.I had a leaking toilette, which was repaired quickly. Clean, excellent workmanship and very professional which is **** to find these days.... thank you again ***** much appreciated!

    Good Tidings did a wonderful job installing our new furnace. They provided us with plenty of space heaters to keep the house warm prior to installing our new unit. ***** was extremely professional and made sure we were completely satisfied with the job. A* service!
