    I had APX shipping pick up my truck in NY and ship it to ******* . First I was lied to multiple times when the truck was going to be picked up . Dispatch had told me the day the truck was going to be picked up that the driver was going to be late multiple times that day he was stuck in traffic ,the time changed from 11:00am -9:00pm still saying he was in traffic and he's definitely going to be there the day of pick up 100% he kept saying . The truck never got picked up till the next day at noon time with no heads up what happened or what was going on . Then 3 days later I get the truck and the truck was damaged from the driver setting another vehicles back end on my hood of my truck damaging the hood very badly ,It's been hell trying to get there insurance info , dispatch refuses to give me the information I need for a claim , little to no communication , dispatch is the only number I have and they refuse to give me their managers number or have them give me a call . I finally get there insurance info not from shipping company but my own research and the insurance company is doing the same thing and dragging their feet not getting back to me or starting any process. Dispatch from the company try to tell me their mechanics not body guys but mechanics say it shouldn't cost more then $300 that's repair and paint . This isn't a chop shop in Brooklyn ny I got multiple estimates $600 and up . All communication has stopped from them and their insurance isn't may different I want to be reimbursed for the damage done to my truck and my money back from their services . Don't ever use this company
