The product that was sold to me by the sales department of this company made promises to me, specifically, that it was superior as a in-home model as compared to the commercial equipment found in airports or shopping malls. I purchased the Aspen model, iZEN by Innovative, along with the guaranteed 3 year warranty, as well as the white glove treatment for delivery and home installation by a technician. All was well during the first year except that we couldn't get the chair to function properly in manual mode. After much frustration, I contacted the company, to which I received no response other than an automated robo emailing me that they received my inquiry, and that they were sorry I wasn't having an excellent time with my massage chair. Many weeks later, I contact the technician who installed it, he in turn emailed me twice that he would help me, and he must've made a difference because I was contacted by the company not long afterwards. After more waiting periods, more phone tag, I was able to get a response from the company that helped explain to me how to use the controller, (the part that the manual left completely out) and we were able to enjoy the chair the way it was designed. Fast forward to the current episode, just months after the first go round with ****, and my chair is arbitrarily doing it's own thing! Example: Rollers get stuck in one position and do not move.Rollers continue kneading after chair has reset, and it's timer has ended the session.Body sensors on controller showing it is not scanning, reason being is that the rollers are stuck in one position. It seems to be one thing after another, and after 2 years of ownership of this model, it has caused much anxiety in my life. I purchased it for my better health, to reduce stress, to reduce chiropractor appointments (which are expensive), and for overall better wellness. It hasn't achieved that goal at all. Any good that it did, has been undone by this malfunctioning equipment.
