    This guy is a scam and a criminal. I will be filing a lawsuit agaisnt him this week. He sold me a used heater the beginning of February and said it would be a long 8 hour day to install it. Well here we are March 1st and no heat! Nothing but excuses and lies. I will also be contacting the attorney General this and should not have a license to-do work in the ******************* !

    This customer is not right, has no right to call me these things, I never lied to her or her husband, and I am NO criminal. SHe has no basis for this complaint. We installed a used boiler, because her husband was a friend. now he isn't thanks to her.She is an offesive woman, she does not know how to talk to people. we were screamed at just for smoking a ciggarette on her property when taking a break. AS per her heater. there is a Pin hole in a pipe. she and her husband won't allow me to bring in a welder to make the repair. So well then. I can't help her no more. It really does'nt matter becasue she doesn't want us to finish. what ever. you can't make everyone happy. As per her coming to the BBB its rediculous. I take pride in my work, I try to make everyone happy. but this in 100% uncalled for. but they bought a good heater, its fine. I charged him cheap to install it, and after $300 out of pocket on repairs to the Pipe, with the inittive to pay the welder, costing me more money, she refuses us to amke good on our policy and warranty. OH WELL!
