    I used them once about 9 months ago one time. Then a $12.99 recurred about 6 months later. I disputed with the credit card company and the charge was reversed. The next month the same thing happened. The charge then stopped the next month. The following month, a charge showed up for $0.97. It seems they just throw out a charge hoping the victim will not notice. A one star rating is one star too many

    They advertise a $1 charge for looking up a VIN, but they went behind my back and charged my credit card for $19.95. I read their ****************** and nowhere does it mention being charged $19.95. I just hope I can dispute and get my $18.95 back. They may also be charging me for a monthly subscription. There's nowhere on their site to check for that information. I did not sign up for anything and can't even login.

    These people are Scammers! They will bill your credit card without you knowing.

    This company obtained my credit card information and started taking funds out of my checking account without my authorization.

    As many other people have discovered, these people are scammers. You sign up for a $1.00 charge, and then they charge you $179.76 and then $9.95.
