  Amazing! Couldn't be happier. Had mold removal, waterproofing, sump pump with drain to outside and dehumidifier installed. My basement looks amazing. NO MORE FLOODING!!! Thank you

  I was disappointed with the engagement and outcome. They exceeded their timeline by a month and a half. No one completed a final review of the work they performed. They would have found an inattention to details. Communication throughout was less than satisfactory. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

  From my first call then working with the sales *** to the crew arriving on time. The sales ***,. ******* *. was very responsive to phone calls and patient. The work team were professional, neat and clean. EXCELLENT work. EVERYTHING was Top Quality. Their name 'Quality 1st' suits them perfectly.

  I called these folks from a computer ad and they did a great job and I thought they were very reasonable with the price.i can now use my basement again now that I have a dual pump with a backup battery to keep it dry.

  From ******'s visit to the last piece of sod replaced in our front lawn, our experience with Quality 1st was completely painless. It remains to be seen if our basement is now 100% dry forever (though we have every confidence that this will prove to be true) but from end to end, our job was, in a word... PERFECT. **** and his crew of four arrived on time on the big day and just six and a half hours later our basement was DONE. Yes: excavating the perimeter trench, removing the rubble, preparing the trench, installing the drain conduits and access ports, filling in the trench, digging the sump and installing the pumps and the discharge pipe (**** even tenderly removed and preserved some plants from my wife's herb garden for later replanting) and laying new cement over the trench took place in just six and a half hours. They left the cellar cleaner than they found it and worked so efficiently that it was like watching a ballet performance. I wish I owned another home so I could watch them do it again.

  Don't hire Dry Guys. They don't take responsibility for their s**** up, are unresponsive to phone calls, and leaft a hazardous mess behind. They installed a dehumidifier in my house. Next day I had no hot water. I called. Three days later finally called back. They blew me off "we don't go anywhere near hot water heaters." I called my utility repair company PSEG. They came out. Dry Guys had unplugged the hot water heater to plug in the dehimidifier. PSEG looked around found a second plug and now I have hot water.That is not all. Dry Guys contracted to remove junk I had in my basement. They moved old rusted paint cans from the basement but left them on my basement stairs. I am 73 with arthritis. I have trouble with stairs. I can't move the cans. I can't hop over them. The dirt they left in the living room I cleaned up.

  A friend recommended Quality 1st Basement Systems for foundation repair I needed as a result of poor drainage that was cracking the basement walls. I highly recommend this company. From first visit to 2 days of work to repair the foundation with state of the art equipment my basement was transformed and I had peace of mind knowing the foundation was not going to collapse and the pumps would discharge effectively. Fantastic workers, great communication by the ******* and lead guy, very easy to work with and beautiful clean up. I highly recommend this company for foundation repair.

  I have to say I was skeptical at first but WOW!! They were able to raise a large concrete slab in less than an hour up about 4 inches. We had a water pooling issue every time it rained and the only other option would have been to ********************* the old concrete up, add dirt fill and repour. It would have been costly and taken twice as long. This process was quick and so cool to watch concrete raise before your eyes! I highly recommend this process for sunken concrete!

  Horrible experience. Their job felt the first municipal inspection 3 times! after the 4 inspection when we finally got pre-approval to move on to the next step. They installed two egress windows in our basement, both windows are not square! One of them can't even close properly! We are now praying that the French drain they installed along the perimeter of the basement will work this winter, they were very unprofessional, and they gave us the highest estimate between 4 companies! I would not recommend them to anyone.
