    I ordered 3 P/N ******** on January 31, 2023 for a total of $285.00 (check #****). They cashed my check immediately and I never received the parts. I have called at least ***** times and spoken to ************************* and his boss ******. I keep getting the run around and still no refund or parts. Can you resolve the issue? Thanks in advance

    Bought a keyless entry pad for my car. Part did not work. Contacted the company via email immediately. Received an email from ***** apologized and said they would honor a exchange/refund. After, they would not provide any information for returning the part. They failed to answer 6 additional emails, their online chat leaves you on hold then quits responding to you. Only after filing a dispute with PayPal did they offer to provide a ***, but stated I had to fill out the *** form, email it to them, then fill out a warranty form and email separately, then pay for return shipping. I have no assurance whatsoever that if I pay for return shipping and send the part that they will ever honor a refund.

    ORDER#****** TRACKING#********************** I ordered a driver's side mirror for a 2013 Jeep Patriot (part #********AA) on September 12th, 2022. I received an email the following day letting me know that it would be ready to ship soon. I didn't hear from them again until the 26th, almost two weeks later, letting me know that the item had finally shipped. Due to the lengthy time period between ordering and the shipping confirmation, I contacted GetOEMParts, via email, to ask if they could begin processing a refund for the item. I received no response. Once the item arrived, I realized I had been sent a passenger side mirror instead of a driver's side mirror. I would have been happy with an exchange for the proper item at this point, so I began trying to contact the company to no avail. According to their website, you are able to initiate a refund or exchange for an order within 30 days of receiving your item. It states that you need to call them directly to acquire a Return Authorization Number before returning the item. When you call the number, it states that your call cannot be answered and refers you to the Live Chat on the GetOEMParts website. The Live Chat is a bot driven assistant that ultimately sends an email request to the company. I have sent multiple requests through the chat bot and multiple emails to the company through conventional email, with absolutely no response whatsoever. Meanwhile, the window for my opportunity to exchange the item disappears.The part I ordered was only about $20, so it's not such a big deal, just extremely annoying. However, in looking at reviews, the business seems to be ripping people off right and left, having a 1.9 stars review (out of a whopping 428 reviews!) on TrustPilot.com and a one star review (out of 60 reviews) on resellerratings.com. The BBB site also has an incredible amount of bad reporting on this vendor. Online businesses, like this, should not be allowed to operate in this manner.

    Purchased a set of casters for a Dewalt wet/dry vac.The part was ~$45. And of course they charge an extra $20 to ship it.I get it in the mail and had these issues:1. It was not the part I ordered 2. The description clearly states that it was a set of two casters. I only received one.3. They send you emails and it's on their website stating that if you have an issue with the order, you must contact them within three days. So I immediately called and left a message, sent an email, and filled out their online support page. I've done this multiple times this month and no response.They bilked me out of $70, which isn't fun; but I'm in a whole lot better shape than some of the other victims of this scam that I've seen on here. Oof. Sorry ************

    I ordered a part from them almost a month ago and I ended up not needing it and now the wont email me back to tell me how to return the part. Ive emailed 4-5 times in the last week and still nothing in return.

    1ST WEEK OF JULY ORDERED A DRIVERS SEATBELT FOR **** DODGE ****, FOR VEH TO PASS STATE INSPECTION, CHECK WAS CASHED JULY 9TH. AS OF AUGUST 2, 2022 HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART, HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES. SPOKE WITH *************************** AND A SUPERVISOR NAMED *******. HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR TRACKING INFO, THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK WITH THAT INFORMATION. NEVER GET A CALL BAK. ONE TIME WAS TOLD PART DAMAGED AND SENDING ANOTHER PART,THIS WAS WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG TO GET PART. HAVE 2 PHONE NUMBERS ************ AND ************. SIMPLY WANT MY PART SO CAN GET A STATE INSPECTION PERFORMED AND PASSED.
