    This dealership is horrible with executing repairs. They had my 2023 QX60 for 16 days for a SEAT BELT replacement. Still havent resolved the issue with the seat belt. Horrible execution and I would never recommend anyone getting their car repaired there. The regional case manager is horrible and doesnt understand how to take care of customers. They dont know whats going on and the case manager is a liar. I would never recommend anyone to buy from ******* dealership. They cars are nothing but problems

    I went to get an oil change and upon leaving my vehicle shut off on the highway. Towed my vehicle back to the shop next thing I know they want to charge me $2400 for parts. I spoke to the manager about the situation and he gave me a loner car and said they will fix my vehicle. 10 days later they called to tell me I need a new engine because my vehicle is overheating and I need to move my vehicle. When I got to the location my vehicle couldnt turn on at all I had to tow it for the location. They refused to take responsibility for their actions. I wouldnt recommend servicing your vehicle at Fette Infiniti

    Beware of the risks in having your vehicle serviced by Fette Infiniti. It was my experience that they are dishonest about repairs needed and will charge obscene prices for parts and labor. When I sought recourse from Infiniti North America, they basically advised me that their dealers are independent and could charge whatever they want for repair items. Word to the wise, highway robbery is what you should expect on Route 46 from Fette Infiniti.

    Horrible place!! Put $3K down on a truck had the truck for a month, they are saying never got $3K (I gave cash) Now wont give plates if I dont give another 3K. Also said we never signed some paperwork. Scammers!!!!!
