    I had a DHL package (tracking number **********) delivered to Anytime Mailbox’s *********** Mailroom location. The package contained extremely valuable and important items. However, the mailroom discarded the package, claiming it lacked contact information. This claim is false, as I have proof of delivery showing the package clearly included my contact details. Despite this, they made no effort to notify me or resolve the issue. I have contacted both the *********** Mailroom and Anytime Mailbox headquarters multiple times, but neither has responded to my emails.

    This company is a designated mailbox, that collects and processes mail according to customers direction. It is understood that whatever mail is received is confidential and for the recipient (customer only). On 4/23/24 I requested that a mailed document be opened and scanned for my review. The mail was scanned into the app for my view. It was a letter from my bank confirming an address change. In the letter, banking name, account number, and of course, address was included. On same day, I received an alert from my bank of an unusual transaction. I immediately acknowledged it was not my transaction. Then I logged into my bank app, and there were two other transactions that were not mine (doordash, an online company, etc.). I then called my bank to verify that those two transactions were not mine. They then shut down my card (which is for my business) and processed a replacement. This has never happened with my business account in more than eight years, and it occured on the day the letter was opened and scanned. This cause serious business interruption and undue stress.
