    In the early part of November 2023 we hired this business to repair the cracks in the cement under the four metal posts on our front porch. A few days ago I noticed that the cracks in one of the areas had not been fixed. Instead, the cracks could be seen and had been covered over with a product that hid the cracks. It looks like the rain and snow washed away what had been used to hide the cracks. I called the company twice and left a message twice but have not received a response. I also waited until the New Year holiday was over before my second call, giving them time to call back. It is necessary for the company to fix the cement that is cracked.

    The costumers that did a complain regarding the steps repair was wrong cause has nothing to do with the service that we agreed on contract. We went there and went over again and she agreed too that the problem she thought has nothing to do with the job we did. She said she will call you regarding with this problem but I dont know why she didnt call you. Please make sure you contact the customer too. Thank you if you have any questions please contact me again.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This message is about complaint #********. The owner and his relative came to my house last week
    to discuss the complaint I had written. They showed me a photo taken of the damaged area on the
    front porch. They agreed, as a courtesy, to repair the cracks and I was grateful for this. So far, no one 
    has come to do the repair.
    As soon as the repair is completed I will remove the complaint.
