  I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and working weight loss program. From the very beginning they have been super nice and made me feel very comfortable.I love this place.

  I think ****** is a bot, planted to counteract negative reviews. I didn't lose more than 5 lbs after 4 weeks following the plan, but was told I wasn't following it. They agreed to a refund if I sent back every scrap of paper, book, and product they sent me, then they would send a "general release/cancellation" letter for me to sign, and when they received that back, THEN they would issue a refund MINUS the cost of the personalized testing. Keep in mind, NUVO Health is NOT accredited by the BBB. I wonder why? I am currently packaging the items for return and we will see just how long this return/refund process takes. I'm posting this publicly as further proof of my intention to discontinue any further services with NJDiet et.al..

  BE very wary of NJ Diet/Nuvo Health.I paid $1,900 plus the fee for the lab test. I have been actively seeking a refund due to the lack of communication and lack of any services received after signing the contract with NJ Diet/Nuvo Health in September 2022. I have not even started the so-called program yet. ( I think the staff was on vacation) I got really bad vibes' that I've been scammed.I attempted to cancel the contract due to poor communication and lack of service but my requests were ignored. I LOST NO WEIGHT with NJ Diet/Nuvo Health. After I wrote an honest review of my situation on Trustpilot and ******* ************************************************ of NJ Diet flagged the review, threatened me with legal action if I didn't remove the reviews but also state I'll have a refund only after the reviews were removed offline. Needless to say, he had no intention of giving me a refund. It was one impossible request after another. LIES, LIES, LIES, LIES is what I get from NJ Diet/Nuvo Health.BE very wary of NJ Diet/Nuvo Health.

  ***************************************, your review is filled with omissions, mischaracterizations, and inaccuracies. You didnt lose any weight on our program because you never started the program.You came into our office and signed up for our program on 9/8/22. We took hair and saliva samples.We performed our scans using hair and saliva for supplement personalization.We sent you 5 different personalized supplements.We completed your DNA study.Personalized supplements and the results to all was sent to you.You filed a dispute for the entire charge with your credit card company on 10/27/22. After careful evaluation of all, your credit card company denied your dispute and reinstated the charge.You contacted us in December of 2022 and asked for a FULL refund.We explained to you that a FULL refund was not indicated because all of the above was already completed. We offered you a refund minus the cost of testing and personalization. You told us that if we didnt provide you with a full refund, you would put up negative reviews online. Thats called extortion and blackmail, its illegal , and thats why we had to get our attorney involved.We sent you a return label to return all, upon which time we would refund you the balance. You have refused to return all and continued your campaign of extortion.Its unfortunate that you have decided to go this route. The offer of a remind minus the cost of testing and supplements is still available to you. NJDiet Staff
