    From the time we hired Environmentaley Green and Clean to demolish a house, it took them 6 months to even start on the project. They did the required asbestos testing, even though the house was gutted on the inside. We asked for a copy of the asbestos testing results and it took them another 3 months to give us a copy of it. We also asked for a copy of the asbestos testing bill and that took 2 months after we had the results. That bill showed a cost of $3000.00 and was white outed to show that amount. We checked with the testing company and the bill should have been $75.00. this company does not own any large equipment of their own and sub -contracts everything. They have a poor method of tracking what they spent on the demolition and ran out of money on the original bid. They admitted they well underbid the project and asked for $11,800.00 more to finish the project. They were given $8,300 more and were told the rest would be held until the project was completed. The additional $8,300.00 was not enough to come close to finishing the job. They did manage to demolish the house around 14 months after the contract was signed. We had enough of their stall tactics and request for more money and fired them around 16 months after they signed the contract. We are giving them a F rating and recommend not hiring them period. If we could, we would leave a zero star rating. The ***********************************.
