    I contacted ******************* December of last year and got my water heater and furnace replaced by him. He said he would get the permits done and never did and I've contacted him multiple times since to get the permits in. If I go to sell the house or God forbid something happens, insurance won't cover and I could get a violation if I don't have permits. On top of this, I've had migraines heavily since I've had the install because since December it still smells of burnt oil whenever my heat is on. This is not a way to live and **** said it's hard to diagnose a smell, had a tech come out twice, and the issue still isn't resolved. I want the permits filed and an inspection done because this never happened with the old furnace and it only happened with the new install that ****'s tech did so I'm afraid something is wrong. I've contacted my lawyer and now you to see what can be done and get a resolution because the permits need to be filed by HIM and HE needs to fix the issue. What was more concerning was that I read a recent review that he altered someone's check from 2021 and made it for 2023 and tried to or succeeded in cashing it. That is not good business and is fraud and he should not be taking advantage of people like that
