    They have the contract for towing at my complex and after calling repeatedly for a car blocking handicap access to the walkway. I was told he was sending somebody out which never happened. And again as the walkway is blocked he won't answer my calls anymore. The reviews I find on this company are horrible and I guess I can understand why. They just want to impound cars of people who might not have the money to get it fixed, maybe have a flat. But they definitely don't care about the walkway being blocked for me in a wheelchair. So I'm going to have to once again go around an entire building because he won't do his job.

    I have AAA I needed to tow my car to my mechanic (2 miles away) after it broke down at my home. AAA selects the closest towing company to the location of the vehicle being towed. I decided to not have it repaired and needed it to be towed back to my home. AAA's policies are if you need such a secondary tow you will be charged. I was told by AAA that the cost of the tow would be $95 and that the towing company takes credit cards. I called AAA back to verify.Again AAA finds the closest towing company to the location of the vehicle's location. American Towing is on the same street 0.8 miles from my mechanic's shop. My home is also in the same street 2 miles away. I informed American Towing that I would meet the driver at the location of my car. By the time I arrived just minutes after American Towing the driver had already loaded my car on to his tow truck. The drive kept insisting I give him the money.I informed him that AAA gave me a price on the tow for $95.00 The driver told me it would be $130.00. When I question the difference in quotes he became belligerent and argumentative. I got offended by how he was yelling and the things he was saying he made this statement several times to both myself and my mechanic "That's why I hate doing a hookup (towing) for you people you are all drug attics" For the record I'm a senior citizen.At that point I insisted he remove my car from his truck and canceled the tow. The American Towing Driver was still shouting obscenities and borderline racial slurs. He kept referring to me as "you people". I told him if he didn't leave I would be forced to call the police because he was being hostile.
