    The transaction occurred on 10/12/24, The appointment was scheduled and I was expecting the contractor on 10/11/24 at 1:00pm, he did not show up until 5:15pm. He was not prepared to tarp my roof, he said he did not have the materials needed nor did he have the correct size tarp therefore he did nothing. He returned the next day Saturday 10/12/24 at 11:30am, I was unaware as he did not call or text to inform me, he showed up with another guy. The contractor was complaining about tarping my roof very disrespectful using profanity, unprofessional and inexperienced. He intentionally extended the time in completing the job, they took 6 1/2 hours to poorly tarp partial areas of my roof, so that he can charge an excessive rate. I'm asking the company refund me $2000 of the fee they were paid. The quality of the work nor the materials should not have exceed this amount, due to the square footage of my roof that needed to be tarped. The job was grossly overcharged and poorly done.
