    My builder used a Jaclo 2806-VB sink strainer in my kitchen sink. One year after install the finish came off the strainer and drain. Jaclo replaced the product and about a year after that it happened again. I called the manufacturer and they refuse to replace it again. I understand there is a limited lifetime warranty however this is ridiculous that I have to replace this every year. This is a horrible product and shouldnt be sold or should be sold with a disclaimer that the finish wont last

    On approx 2/5/24 I spoke w/***************************, Senior Cust Svc Rep, explaining my Bathroom Sink ******* had been scratched and would they replace it. She said Yes.A couple days later, I called *************************** again and began by saying... I'm sure the answer will be No, but thought I'd check anyway. I asked if they'd be willing to send a White ******* as well as the Black Matte *******. Explaining in detail the White ******* "might" look better in the ** Matte white vessel sink. She advised, while the Wht one is not Matte, it also isn't shiny/glossy. She said she'd speak to Production and see what she could do.On 2/9/24 I sent the following email:Hi **** -Just so we're on the same page... I'm hoping you're still shipping the Black Matte ******* per the warranty.And in addition, if possible, the White ******* to see if it might look better than the black one?Thank You So Much!! And Happy Friday ??She replied 2/9/24:Yes maam. Lets see what I hear back from production. Keep you posted.My email 2/29/24:Good ******************* wanted to send an email to check the status on my little stoppers? Any word from Production? Were they able to make them (matte black & white)?Thank you so much!Her email 2/29/24:HI *****,I was able to have them making the wh for you but it is still in production. It may be a few more weeks before it will ship. hope you are doing well. Take care.I took the above email as confirmation that Production was making the White stopper in addition to the Black ******* pursuant to the Warranty for the Black ******* that was purchased.It's been 3 months and I still do not have a replacement stopper. And in the telephone conversation yesterday (5/1/24), ******* said she NEVER said she would try and get both stoppers and that only one could be received. She refused to acknowledge our emails and refused to let me speak with her Supervisor. Stating "I am the Supervisor."There are more emails and info, but it won't fit here.

    IN 2017 I PURCHASED 2- JACLO SHOWER HEADS(LIFETIME WARRANTY) FROM CENTRAL ** SUPPY IN **********, **, ONE WAS A 10" WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS TOO SMALL FOR THE ****** WE WENT BACK AND PURCHASED A 16", BUT KEPT THE 10" BECAUSE WE LOVED THIS BRAND. IT WAS SIGNIFICANTLY MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT THE QUALITY WAS VERY WELL KNOWN. I RECENTLY FOUND AN ISSUE WITH THE BRONZE PEELING OFF THE STEEL SHOWER HEAD. I WENT TO CENTRAL AZ SUPPLY LOOKING FOR HELP, I WAS TOLD TO GO JACLO, WHICH I DID. CENTRAL AZ SUPPLY SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND THE INVOICE FOR THE 16" AND THAT I MUST HAVE COME IN LAST MINUTE AND PICKED IT UP AND NO INVOICE IN MY NAME WAS ATTACHED.JACLO SENT A 10", WHICH I QUICKLY REALIZED WAS THE WRONG SIZE. I HAVE OFFERED TO RETURN THIS, BUT THEY ARE SO FAR REFUSING TO EXCHANGE THE PEELED OIL RUB BRONZE 16" THAT I NEED IS IN MY SHOWER.THEY KNOW THIS IS THEIR PRODUCT, THEY TAUGHT THEIR PRODUCTS' QUALITY, YET ARE SAYING THAT UNLESS CENTRAL AZ SUPPLY FINDS AN INVOICE, THEY WILL NOT HELP **** JUST WANT MY SHOWER HEAD EXCHANGED, PLEASE.
