    I ordered a recurring shipment of Organic nuts for a year long Christmas gift for my brother . I had been searching for a while trying to find something organic as he is very conscious about the food he eats. I placed my order online and chose the recurring option. The first delivery was right before Christmas. He was delighted. Today I realized there hadnt been another delivery and so I called giving them the order number and original order date and explained everything. She informed me that the. Organic option was for the holiday only. I asked her why I was given the option online for a recurring delivery for every 12 wks. She stated she didnt know but they could substitute with something else. When I asked if it would be organic she said no. She then said for an upcharge at which point I told her no to just cancel my account as it had to be organic as that was the key to me making the purchase . This is a prime example of bait and switch to me. Now I need to find a way to make it up to my brother! This is not the way to treat your customers. My brother was looking forward to a delivery every few months and ******** dropped the ball big time.

    This business is trash. Some time ago I placed an order for something I couldn't find anywhere else along with a few other items. When I received my order it was partially incorrect and when I tried to get it resolved they told me that sometimes if they're out of stock of an item they'll replace it. Apparently without contacting the customer at all. Not only that but I had ordered 3 bags of that particular item and they instead sent me 1 bag of something I would have never bought but I was not told or asked about the switch. They did not fix it and then they just stopped responding to my emails. I would not advise anyone to shop with them.

    I ordered chocolate ****** crackers, chocolate raisins, chocolate walnuts and peanut clusters as Christmas gifts from Nuts.com. I have ordered numerous times before. Everything that arrived this time was old, dried out and cracked and white all over from age. Shocking to see that something like this would even be shipped. There were no dates on any of the bags so it looked like the chocolates were at least a couple of years old. I forwarded photos of all the chocolates. I wrote emails. My questions went unanswered. I asked for a supervisor's name and received no name or names. When I called I was told that anyone who answers is off shore. That explains that. I will never order again from nuts.com. ******** customer service! You will never talk to anyone but some third party overseas. What a ridiculous way of running a company. I do not recommend this company.

    **** said my package was delivered but it was not delivered. I have submitted a request for help on their online for. I got no response and several days later my order has still not been delivered.

    I ordered a selection of nuts, and upon receipt, learned several were products of *****. I wrote customer service and asked if I could return these as I prefer US products. **************** replied that I could return the product if I paid return shipping and the 20% restock fee. I replied that this was a non-option and did not align with their "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee," which says they'll do "whatever it takes to make it right." I followed by asking for store credit for the items. I received a reply "Let us know if you need anything else," but there was no response to my comments and request for store credit. Apparently, my being their customer was not even worth a response. They effectively blew me off. I replied that "yes, they could help me by closing my account as I would not order from them again." To which, the promptly provided instructions. They must be doing all right, to easily let go of a customer like that. This ********************** appears friendly but isn't. Get your nuts elsewhere.

    I ordered one pound each of the organic walnuts, organic pecans, organic raw and roasted peanuts, organic pistachios and organic sesame seeds from nuts.com (order #********). The first thing I do when I order online and get my order is to check the expiration date and to my surprise there was no expiration date on any of the packages. I called customer service immediately and I was informed that they dont put expiration dates on their packages and they guarantee freshness for 6 months. If thats the case, why not have transparency and place the expiration dates on the packages? Isnt this required by the ***? And really, freshness for 6 months? I wouldnt have ordered so many nuts if I have to use all of it within 6 months. The sesame seeds taste stale and so does the raw peanuts. I am going to call customer service to see what they will do about this. With some of the complaints I have read, it looks like they dont have a good return or exchange policy. I will not be purchasing from nuts.com again. ****

    Ive ordered a few times and its always impressive product. Once my package was damaged and they replaced the fudge that had compromised packaging.

    Coupon code for new customer 20% off with Free shipping After confirming the subtotal and going to PayPal making the payment i am showing free shipping and free "heat resistant packaging" without the option to modify either. After making the payment on PayPal. Still for the same amount as was listed. I get an email order confirmation and i am getting charged 9.99 for shipping and 2.95 for heat resistant packaging. This is after making the order and not seeing these changes prior to confirming the order.

    No real customer support. Unable to talk to anyone. No response as of yet to e-mails and voice mail. Unable to cancel credit card info. Unable to stop auto delivery service online. No button or process provided to cancel auto delivery system.
