      Patient neglect. Unclean conditions. High fall risk for your loved one, due to neglect. Improper medical records documentation. Money hungry. No empathy. Upper management covers for lower management. Do not believe the hype regarding their therapy program. This place is unsafe

      This facility is deplorable. The floors and walls are ditty, furniture is falling apart and worst of all, patients are being neglected. I witnessed first-hand the lack of empathy and care for their residents--forgetting to feed patients, morning meds being distributed after noon, spilled bed pans NOT cleaned ********** busy texting rather than caring for patients, and no aides anywhere to be found. This place should be shut down. Absolute disgrace.
