  Great service from start to finish. Staff is kind, courtesy, punctual, hard work and immaculately clean. Had a crawl space encapsulated. Blue Umbrella did an outstanding job.

  Blue Umbrella exceeded our expectations of a basement waterproofing company. From our first meeting with ****** to the completion of the job, everything was top notch. ****** was so kind and knowledgeable about the products/process. He answered all of our questions; even when we had more questions after our initial meeting. Blue Umbrella sends texts to stay in touch about the process. On the day of our job, the staff was punctual and polite. They respected our property and cleaned up after. I must say the job-staff was extremely efficient! My only advice is to be prepared--getting a French Drain is a very messy job. I highly recommend Blue Umbrella--they were great!

  I had to write a second review because my first review never received a confirmation email because I never received it. Aside from that, Blue Umbrella retains its 5 Star Ratings. I learned a lot from ******, after 3 plus hours, it was very educational. The proposal is clearly written and easy to understand without any small print! Prices are reasonable and extremely transparent. Different items have quotes and you dont have to select all, just whatever works for your waterproofing needs and budget. The sump pump is whisper quiet and so far the basement is dry. The owner ***** came out to meet me on day one. He is adamant about client care and I am glad he was able to come onsite. The crew of four led by *******, ****, did all the dirty work! Kudos to them! The jackhammering wasnt as bad as I thought! They had every down to a science. Two trucks alternating removing the dirt and refuse. By the end of the second day, I was no longer feeling the stress from water woes in the basement. It takes several days for the cement to dry so give it some time.If I had some people that needed waterproofing in the basement, I would recommend Blue Umbrella ASAP!

  Lemme start with saying I am very big on customer service and it is super important to me. Initially I called Blue Umbrella and spoke to ***** (the owner) who immediately got **** (the salesman) on a three way call and we discussed what I was looking to do. I scheduled **** come over and give me the run down. A few days later I called and confirmed I will use there services. Fast forward, I received a text from **** on Thursday with instructions for the install the following day Friday. The guys showed up around 8:30am and were all very professional. They set up and placed plastic tarp over everything. I mean everything! By about 9 am the jackhammer was going off. I was told a days work and wasnt too sure but wow these guys worked fast. I mean FAST. The owner ***** called and told me he was on his way and met me there a few mins later. When I went down they had made major headway. The crew was a well oiled machine. ***** and I spoke about the job and what to expect and such. I drilled with questions and he was patient and answered all my questions. I left the guys to work the magic and a few times they called me down to show me what was being done and why so I have a better understanding. They were done before 4pm and cleaned everything up and everything was clean and put back. ***** came back to check on the work and we spoke for a while and he explained the warranty as well. Great guy! Overall I am not only impressed with the French drain and sump and back up pump and battery but with the service. I was in no way given any sort of discount for this review. I am just a hardworking person that appreciates other hardworking people. Its important when service isnt good to leave a negative review. But it is equally important for great service to be commended. Blue Umbrella was truly A++.

  Blue Umbrella waterproofed our home a couple of years ago and one of our sump pums recently started to leak some water within the basin. Everything was within the tub, but it was still a concern. Reached out and ***** was able to send help the same day!! They fixed the connection and relieved all our worries. Its great to know they are not one of those take your money and never see them again. Highly recommend their services !!

  Blue Umbrella has been great to work with. I have been so impressed and happy to see how they stand behind their work. We were having an issue with our pump set up and ***** followed up and worked with us to make things right and ensure everything was up and running properly. Really couldnt ask for more as a customer. Im glad we choose to work with them. Fantastic work and great service. Highly recommend.

  Had such a great experience with Blue Umbrella. *****, takes great pride in his company, the work they provide, and the satisfaction of his customers. Had foundation reinforcement applied across a wall in my basement. **** and his team were absolute professionals who did the project right and did so with massive respect for our home. The entire team followed up to ensure that I was satisfied with the project and ensured there was no concerns.Great company, and a great team. Would recommend.

  Absolutely amazing from the first phone call to the last this business is run by individuals who care! When you call, you speak to the knowledgeable owner *****. **** (the project manager) made an appointment with me and took the time to explain the whole process to me, he even went as far to explain the differences between their drainage system and other companies. They kept me up to date and informed the day of install, with the owner even showing up on sight to introduce himself and make sure everything was running smoothly. As a realtor I meet a lot of different venders in this business that my clients use, but from now on I will ONLY recommend them. Blue Umbrella delivers a service and experience that the totally unmatched. 10 out of 10!

  From start to finish the experience with Blue Umbrella was amazing. ****** came out exactly as scheduled and not only worked through a solution with me but also gave a really informative presentation. From there he was available for any and all questions. His team came out a few weeks later and did an amazing job. They were prompt and our french drain was put in in under a day! To top it off he brought cookies the day of, customer service unmatched! I also love that the system is insured not just for when we own the home but beyond, gives really good peace of mind.
