    Four triple casement windows installed September 2022, plus 2 single casement windows, plus 11 double hung windows. Paid over $60,000. In September 2023 we had water seepage on one living room casement window inside sill plus water dripping down the inside of an upstairs double hung window. A service representative came and decided we had a roof issue. This made no sense to me since the casement window is located downstairs. Service reinstalled the one triple casement window in December. One day later we had heavy rain and had water seepage on the inside sill. In addition we had water damage on an inside double hung window in our guest bathroom. Since then we have water damage on another downstairs casement window inside sill. They called ten days ago and said they were handling the issue over to management. To date I have not heard from anyone at Renewal by Andersen
