  I scheduled an appointment. Appointment was confirmed. No one showed nor did they contact me prior. I reached out again and they said they could schedule another appointment. I do not want to go through disappointment and waste of my time any money waiting for no one to appear again. They refused to have someone call me when I asked via chat. Only another appointment was offered. Im not insane and want to do that again.I need approximate pricing. I can not waste my time and beg them to price the project.Initial project included 14 windows. Next immediate project is multiple doors and six more windows. I need a trustworthy company to work with, not empty promises.

  This merchant has a 2.7 rating on Yelp. My experience was consistent with that described in the Yelp reviews. Very high pressure sales. They expect you to commit to spending tens of thousands of dollars on the first visit, saying if you wait to place the order, youll pay tens of thousands more because they cant offer you the same price. This isnt at all like what their TV commercials say.My advice: be sure to shop around. Once I started checking, I heard from family members and friends about things they heard about the sales process and (poor) follow up service. Do your homework and dont just check ****** reviews.

You invited us into your home to provide you with a quote on your windows, not to feel pressured to make a purchase. Most home improvement companies that cover a wide region or territory will also offer an incentive to do business without having the representative make a second trip. The incentive is designed to reward customers who recognize an immediate need for windows and are ready to move forward with our company without further analysis. This is a reward for these folks and not a punishment for people who are simply not ready. This is the same concept many large retailers use when they advertise a "one day only" sale. To be consistent, we offer the same incentive to every customer. We would be interested in learning more about your experience so we can make improvements and if you'd like, we can dig into the pricing together to answer any questions you may have. My apologies again for your experience and thank you for considering us for your project.

  We had 6 double windows, 1 triple window, and 3 single windows installed 10 years ago. At the time of installation, there were concerns that I had, which I documented and shared with Andersen Corporate. Fast forward to now. We decided to replace some siding at the front of our home for the sole purpose of updating the style. A reputable siding company started the job but had to stop because the house had quite a lot of water damage around one double window. I took pictures and reached out to Renewal requesting that an inspector please come by to see the damage. The company immediately stated that the siding was leaking and that they were not to blame. They refused to send an Inspector. Several contractors came to my home and said that this window was installed incorrectly. I gave this company a lot of money and believed in their integrity. But I was wrong. They dismissed my complaint without even an inspection. I paid $6000 to fix their mistake. Shame on Renewal by Andersen. And Shame on Andersen Windows for supporting such a low level subdivision.

  We reviewed the original installation packet and the details with the homeowner. The exterior wood trim was installed by RBA and capped in WH PVC.The homeowner had their contractor remove the capping which revealed this water damage.From the photos, we can see that water was entering at the corner of the j-channel in the upper corners as well as at a break in the caulk along the capping of the bottom.There is no water damage or leaks entering the interior of the home.3/10/2023 - The homeowner was advised that this service would not be covered under warranty.The 3rd party contractor removing the capping voids the labor warranty.Caulking is categorized under the warranty as homeowner maintenance/wear and tear and is not covered.We received no service requests or complaints regarding caulking or a leak between 2013 and 2023.(As a general rule of thumb, even though caulking is not covered, we will offer to come and touch up caulking within the 1st 2 years of installation as there really shouldn't be any issues within that time frame)We recommended, since this was not covered and they had a siding contractor on-site, that they refer to their contractor to make any repairs.

  Excellent installation of six windows. The team immediately covered everything and got to work. I was walked through the project and features by the manager during installation and was otherwise left to do my own work. The team was very respectful of my home, my dog, and my two young children. Great job!

  I bought another brand windows 25 years ago which were not properly installed and always drafty. The Renewal by Andersen installers ensured each window was well insulated, as part of the installation. The installation team was very professional and courteous working mostly outdoors. They covered everything indoors to minimize dust and clean up well afterwards. I can already feel the difference (no drafts) and would recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone that needs replacement windows.
