This place is an absolute scam artist. Going by the trip advisor reviews we knew going into our stay that they charged people extra fees for Cleaning and claimed people broke things. We had issues with our AC in not 1 but 2, there are BUGS everywhere inside- not just mosquitos but Ants, Roaches, beetles you name it. The place itself was dirty to where we had to scrub everything prior before moving our stuff. We made sure everything was clean, trash taken out and everything put back the way it was. They had a nerve to charge $260 for excessive cleaning and broken blinds that mind you were there prior. If you go around the campground there are broken blinds in majority of the windows. Every single review from them was the same thing, being charged for broken things and cleaning- I truly feel they are a scam artist trying to rip people off. Every party I was with cleaned, swept and took out there trash upon leaving and when I asked ***** the manager what cleaning they were talking about he claimed trash was everywhere which I can tell you was not the case since everyone even my 5 and 7 year old niece were walking cardboard and trash bags up to the dumpster when we checked out. I asked for him to send me pictures and he denied to send them to me, he said people on those sites wont admit what they do wrong but now I can see the truth and how they handle things. Ive been to many campgrounds and sites & this is my first and last time every coming to. The place is filthy and will charge you for anything.
