      Racism/ defamation/ Loss of funds in business practice due to a report against my company

      ONASSIS ****** had 2 loads posted for 11/29/22. Our company had 2 trucks posted for 11/29/22. We told the broker we can take both loads and he said he only had 1 left and the other is covered. We booked one load around 12:30PM on 11/28/22. He asked us our eta and we said 11AM as we thought the load was for the 29th as he had posted . He did not question us how our eta can be 11AM if it was already past that time. When we confirmed the pickup for the 29th he got upset and said the load was posted for 11/28/22 and not 11/29/22 (which is not true). We said we can pickup on the 29th and deliver on the date it was suppose to deliver so he would not have to make any changes to the delivery. He accused us of rebooking the truck with a better rate. We never rebooked the truck. He then reposted the same 2 loads back on the *** board as he probably contacted the other carrier as well and had the same issue with them. Instead of admitting to his mistake, he went and put a freight guard on our company. This is absolutely not fair as we have to face the consequences. The trucking market is already really slow and brokers go and put a freight guard that truly affect small carriers. It is unlikey that 2 carriers made the same mistake of booking for the wrong date.
